1. Order Processing


All orders are processed after payment is successfully completed.


Orders are fulfilled through our production partner, Printful. Each item is made to order.


Processing time:

Orders typically take 2–7 business days to be printed and prepared for shipment. Processing times may be longer during holidays, high-volume periods, or product launches.


You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information.

2. Shipping Times


Shipping time begins after the order has been fulfilled.


Estimated delivery times:


United States: 3–7 business days


International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)



Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to:


Carrier issues


Weather conditions


Customs processing


High shipping volumes



We are not responsible for delays once the package has been handed to the carrier.

3. Shipping Rates


Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

Package weight


Shipping method selected



Any customs fees, import taxes, or duties for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Incorrect Shipping Information


Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.


If an order is returned due to:


Incorrect address


Insufficient address


Unclaimed package



The customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.


We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages


If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it:


Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.


Check with neighbors or your local post office.



Anointed Attire & Apparel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.

6. Damaged Shipments


If your order arrives damaged due to shipping:


Contact us within 30 days of delivery


Provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging



We will work with Printful to facilitate a replacement if eligible.

7. Multiple Items


Some orders may ship separately depending on product type or fulfillment location. You may receive multiple tracking numbers if your order is shipped in more than one package.

8. Order Tracking


Tracking information is automatically sent via email once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
